Cowboy Hat Photos!

I received an email the other day from a photographer that bought one of my cowboy hats and she shared a link to her blog with an adorable little boy in the hat!! Yay!! I was super excited to say the least :) She's letting me use some of her photos in my shop, which is so kind! I just added the photos to my listings, and I just have to share a few of them here. So cute!

Thank you Shannon Hollman Photography for these wonderful photos!

Hello!

I honestly started this blog with good intentions, but as you can tell it's been neglected! Sorry blog :) Well, since my last post lots of new things have happen, so I'll just share a few.

First off, I started making this super fun cowboy hat. I have yet to get a photo with a cute baby model. I've been surprised (and very happy) at how popular it has become. Who can resist a baby in a cowboy hat?!

Next up is the gnome hat! I just love this new hat!! If you check out the listing, you'll see tons of fun bright colors that you can pick from to make a truly customizable hat. This hat has yet to become popular like the cowboy hat (maybe because there's a lot of similar hats to choose from??), but I'm still in love with it! (photo by Michele Reyes Photography)

A couple months ago I started making headbands and clips for babies and little girls. I have issues with crochet hair products sometimes. . . I think it's the fuzziness of the yarn. . . but when I found this yarn, I immediately thought of making hair accessories. It's a nice high quality yarn with no fuzz!! And I love how they turned out! And the last new creations are photography blankets/wraps. I was living with my parents in Texas for a couple months and my mom is about as crafty as they come. She's the one who taught me how to crochet (as well as many, many other things) and while I was there I had this random urge to learn how to knit. So she taught me and I can now say that I'm a knitter. (It's surprisingly a lot easier than crochet) And with my new knitting skills, I've been making these photo prop blankets. I love having something else to keep my hands busy.

Well, that's a wrap (no pun intended!) I promise it won't be another 8 months until my next post.
